A great selection of artisan local and imported cheeses. We’ll help you choose some great cheese for any occasion. Fresh pasta, pizza dough, and selected olives and cheese accompaniments.

We carry Puleo's milk and cream for local dairy and Kimball Brook Farm (VT.) Organic milk.

Meat:
Hardwick 100% Grass Fed Beef and Northeast Family Farms beef, Misty Knoll, and Bell & Evans poultry and duBreton humanely raised pork tenderloin. 

We can special order selected specialty cuts of grass fed beef from regional farms for special occasions.

Frozen items:
A rotating offering of local ice cream and gelato, Valicenti frozen pasta, veggie burgers and many other frozen selections.

Bulk dry goods:
A large assortment of self-service grains, spices, coffee, and nuts. Buying in bulk is a great way to shop sustainably--buy only the amount you need with minimal biodegradable packaging.

Grocery items:
General grocery items such as sauces, marinades, and canned goods. For your convenience, we will carry household products such as Eco-friendly cleaning and paper products.

Gourmet / Specialty items:
Atomic coffee, Taza chocolates, Effie’s homemade cookies and crackers, Lark Cookies, Dave’s Gourmet sauces, Seeds of Change simmer sauces among others. Bakery and Desserts Breads, cookies and specialty desserts.

Prepared foods:
Hot and cold soups and salads and meals in grab n’ go containers.

Sandwiches and Deli
We make an assortment of sandwiches for grab n' go or made to order if you don't see something you'd like.  We roast our own turkey, roast beef, and pork and also carry high quality ham,prosciutto, cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheese for all your sliced deli needs.
